Whether you use Dropbox Basic or Dropbox Business to store or share Vectorworks projects, you can enable integration so Vectorworks Cloud Services can directly access the files in your Dropbox storage and your Team folder. With this integration, files don't count against your Cloud Services storage quota. Integrating allows you to use the Vectorworks Cloud Services features without modifying your existing Dropbox workflow or file structures.

When your Vectorworks Cloud Services is integrated with Dropbox, you can:

1. Upload and save your Vectorworks files directly to Dropbox.
2. Process PDF files, renderings, and more through Vectorworks Cloud Services and have these files saved directly to Dropbox.
3. You can browse your files saved to Dropbox from the web portal or Vectorworks Nomad app. Share, markup, and comment on PDF files saved to Dropbox using Vectorworks Cloud Services.
