How do I update my Dropbox Pro billing information?

You can change payment method, your name, postal code, and, in some cases, billing country. We do not require a physical address to process a payment, so this information can't be changed.

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click here to navigate to your billing information settings.
  3. Under Payment Method, click Change.
