How do I delete my account?
Delete a Dropbox Basic or Plus account
- If you're a Dropbox Plus subscriber, first cancel your subscription.
- If you have a Dropbox Basic account, or you have a Plus account and you've already canceled your subscription, use our account deletion tool to complete the cancellation process.
Delete a Dropbox Business account
- If you are a Dropbox Business team member and you would like to delete your account, you'll need to contact your Dropbox Business team admin.
- Dropbox Business team admins can delete the work accounts of team members as needed.
- If you are a Dropbox Business team admin, and you would like to delete your team account or downgrade, please contact us using the information on your Business account page and we'll take care of this for you.
