How do I manage my Dropbox Business team’s shared links?

If you're the admin of a Dropbox Business team, you can control the shared links that team members create from Dropbox Business accounts.

Remove a shared link from the preview page

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials.
  2. Click the shared link you'd like to remove.
  3. Click the (ellipsis) icon in the upper right corner.
  4. Click Remove link.
  5. In the pop-up window, click Delete to confirm.

Once you remove the shared link, the team member will receive an email notification informing them which link was removed, and the shared content will no longer accessible through that link.

Remove a shared link from the Admin Console

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials.
  2. Sign in as the user who created the link.
  3. After signing in as the user, go to Sharing.
  4. Open the Links tab.
  5. Click the (ellipsis) icon on the link you'd like to remove.
  6. In the pop-up window, click Delete link to confirm.
