I see a "Try again or check out our Help Center" error on the desktop app

Occasionally the Dropbox desktop application may produce the error Try again or check out our Help Center.

In this situation, please submit a support request and let us know what happened. When submitting your support request, please include as much detail as possible about what happened. For example, tell us what you were doing when the error appeared.
