How to add content to a Paper doc with quick-add commands

You can quickly add or create content in a Paper doc using the forward slash key and a command. Here’s how:

  1. Type “/” (forward slash) on your keyboard.
  2. Type a command from the below list.
  3. Press the Enter key.

For example, if you want to insert a to-do item into your doc, you can type “/todo” and press Enter. Learn more about to-dos in Paper.

What can the quick-add menu do?

Here’s a full list of the commands and associated actions available with Dropbox Paper.
