Dropbox Business admins: enable or disable Showcase for your team

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials.
  2. Click Admin Console.
  3. Click Showcase.
  4. Click the dropdown.
  5. Choose On or Off.

Dropbox Business admins: adjust Showcase sharing settings for your team

If you're an admin, you can choose to allow your team members to share showcases outside of your team, or restrict showcases to only be accessible by team members.

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials.
  2. Click Admin Console.
  3. Click Showcase.
  4. Click the dropdown beside External sharing.
  5. Choose On or Off.

Dropbox Business admins: adjust Showcase download settings

If you're an admin, you can adjust the default download settings for Showcase. This will help you control whether non-team members who receive a showcase can download its content.

Note: If a team member changes the download settings for a specific showcase on their own, that team member’s setting overrides the download setting chosen by the admin. 

To adjust the download settings for Showcase:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials.
  2. Click Admin Console.
  3. Click Showcase.
  4. Click the dropdown beside Downloads.
  5. Choose On by default or Off by default.

Dropbox Business admins: create an activity log of Showcase activity for your team

Dropbox Business admins can see a log of any action taken in a showcase by using the activity log. Logged actions include creation, archiving, permanent deletion, restoration, renaming, editing, adding or removing of files, sharing, viewing, and comments.
