Team Description

Our Business Strategy & Operations team sets and drives key business initiatives across the company. We complement and support product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams across three critical areas: corporate and business unit strategy, business planning and sales operations, and business systems and tools development.

Role Description 

As Product Manager on the Customer Intelligence team, you will be responsible for setting direction and driving major product initiatives across our data-driven sales platform. You will collaborate with users and senior leadership to identify pain points, and set priorities. And you will work with an amazing team of talented, passionate engineers, designers and data scientists to deliver end-to-end product solutions that have a major impact on Dropbox’ revenue and business growth.
If you’re a passionate product leader, with an inquisitive mind, and who believes in using data to make decisions, then this is the role for you. This is a senior role that will have a high level of executive exposure.


  • Drive Dropbox’s long term platform for data-driven sales
  • Be responsible for developing and driving product roadmaps
  • Determine product success metrics and implement measurement and reporting processes
  • Identify dependencies, remove roadblocks, and mitigate potential risk
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders, technical leads, and internal customers
  • Present actionable recommendations and tailor messages appropriately to their audience — technical versus non-technical, on the ground versus senior leadership


  • 5+ years work experience in product management — bonus points if it’s in a data-focused field, but we’re open to all sorts of product areas (B2B, B2C, marketplace, internal products, etc…)
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects 
  • Passion for crafting stories and finding insights using data
  • B.A./B.Sc. degree
