Team Description

Our Sales & Channel team shares Dropbox Business with enterprises around the world and helps them understand the power Dropbox offers to teams at scale. We’re a collaborative and empathetic sales team, focused on understanding what businesses need to work better together.

Role Description

This is a hands-on, high impact role, and a vital part of the Dropbox ANZ sales function. You will be a part of the development of a high caliber sales development rep team, responsible for prospecting and qualifying enterprise level deals. In this role you will lead, mentor and grow a talented team of professionals looking for your guidance and lead-by-example exemplification of core Dropbox values.  We are looking to hire a smart, driven, high-caliber individual who is passionate about tech and works best in a fast-paced environment.


  • Manage a team of sales development reps who are sourcing deals for our Enterprise Accounts team
  • Align with AE Lead on their sales strategy and unique value proposition to their target customers/segments and develop effective marketing campaign in a partnership with marketing team
  • Develop and run campaigns to generate new sales prospects
  • Develop and qualify opportunities within Australia and New Zealand based companies
  • Implement best practices to achieve pipeline and ACV targets, focusing on a leading from the front approach to coaching & mentoring
  • Prospect and identify key decision-makers at target companies 
  • Continuously increase effectiveness of team, recognising opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes
  • Construct, forecast, and monitor a team sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
  • Develop sales development skills and methodology to prepare reps for a future in sales.
  • Create a culture of focus, teamwork and outstanding performance.
  • Drive strong thought leadership within the global sales and marketing team


  • 3+ years of sales experience, 1+ year of management experience with a history of top performance at a technology company in sales.
  • You are familiar with Salesforce, and are comfortable making data-driven decisions.
  • You thrive in a startup environment and can be proactive in solving problems in and outside of your area
  • You’re a master at developing and implementing scalable and high-touch strategies that drive revenue with new clients.
  • You have the ability to streamline and develop workflows to increase the team’s effectiveness.
  • Australia work authorization.
