Role Description

Dropbox is seeking an experienced IT Strategy Realization Team Manager to join the foundation of a growing IT Strategy team. You will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional IT initiatives, as well as expertise in managing teams. This role will also focus on developing structured communication strategies, driving implementations and overseeing major technology programs.

Responsibilities

  • Align technology strategy, goals, and metrics to initiatives by working with the IT&S departments to understand their business imperatives, strategic priorities, and major projects
  • Oversee the implementations of major technology initiatives
  • Create comprehensive communication strategies 
  • Lead and drive the implementation of transformational business capabilities business process architecture

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall experience in IT Strategy, PMO, or similar leadership responsibilities- specifically in defining IT enterprise level objectives, goals, strategies, and metrics
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant IT change management and communication strategy, tools, methodologies, and approaches
  • Experience crafting change management roadmaps, plans, and associated project plans
  • Ability to successfully partner with and influence multi-functional internal partners
  • Understanding and willingness to learn about diverse business functions
  • Passion for technology and desire to tackle complex problems with creative solutions
  • Ability to champion efforts and continuously drive for change and growth
  • Must have a growth mind set, ability to work through ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a relatively unstructured environment with competing priorities
