Role Description

Dropbox is looking for an experienced individual to run our global SMB sales operation. You’ll be managing a small internal team and a large outsourced sales team based in North America, Europe and Australia. This team is responsible for a significant share of our global revenue and an important growth driver for Dropbox.

As the global lead responsible for our revenue, you will be working closely with our outsourced partners globally to staff and serve our net new business. You will be responsible for a monthly revenue target as well as the quality assurance of our brand through these live interactions. While our SMB business is part of our self-service and growth team, you will be working closely internally to ensure we are optimizing for leads that need a sales conversation. You are someone who gets excited about operationalizing a business, have intense analytical rigor and strong people management skills. This role is focused on scaled, transactional revenue operations - you will not be in the weeds on any deals. You love a large predictable scaled business and you thrive on optimizing! You value product feedback and will be responsible for a strong loop with our internal product team, finding ways to better serve our customers. This role is not commission based.


  • You will be responsible for continued growth and scale of SMB sales across both North America and international markets
  • You will lead internal teams toward revenue goals and track results, report progress and forecast accurately
  • You will handle international relationship with outsourced vendor, working towards overachieving quota and optimizing for quality customer interactions
  • You will manage and improve quality with the goal of creating the best customer experience through our inbound teams
  • You will develop and cultivate relationships with key cross functional teams, to develop effective internal relationships and smooth processes that drive sales success
  • You will collaborate with Marketing and other teams to achieve the best results
  • You will gather insights about leads and customers to inform cross-functional projects


  • Experience in sales or sales operations
  • 2+ years experience in people management
  • Consistent track record of achieving ambitious targets
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging and exciting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
