Role Description

Dropbox is looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to join the Self Serve Assist Team within the Customer Growth organization. This individual will drive the team’s most strategic initiatives, enabling our programs to reach their peak performance and helping the team function in a more agile, calculated, innovative, and execution-oriented manner.

Previous initiatives have included:

  • Revamping how driven revenue is attributed across individual reps, Dropbox teams, and various back-end systems in order to facilitate sales program innovations
  • Establishing the foundation for the Growth organization’s international expansion strategy, working cross-functionally with Research, Growth, Sales, and Strategy teams
  • Coordinating the strategy and execution behind an overhaul of Dropbox’s $XXM/ year SMB sales motion

This is an individual contributor role that requires strategic decision-making skills, an understanding of customer engagement/sales processes, analytical prowess, strong communication and project management skills, and experience working cross functionally with Operations, Growth, and Product counterparts.


  • You will act as a primary driver of the Self Serve Assist team’s strategic vision, ensuring that initiatives are aligned to roadmaps, prioritized, and successfully executed across both Self Serve Assist and Customer Growth as a whole
  • You will provide data-driven recommendations that help the Self Serve Assist team discover pertinent trends across the business and make informed decisions regarding experiments
  • You will balance large, multi-function projects, including partner management, timeline tracking, and effective communication
  • You will develop operational processes that allow Self Serve Assist programs to run and execute updates to their customer motions
  • Evaluate new opportunities for the Self Serve Assist team and offer guidance on their potential impact to the business


  • MBA or graduate degree in a related business field with 4+ years of relevant experience or undergraduate degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally and run multiple projects
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Execution driven and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • General understanding of statistical analysis, including A/B and multivariate testing
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS business model
  • Proficiency in SQL a plus
