Team Description

Our Sales & Channel team shares Dropbox Business with enterprises around the world and helps them understand the power Dropbox offers to teams at scale. We’re a collaborative and empathetic sales team, focused on understanding what businesses need to work better together.

Role Description

As a Solutions Architect in our EMEA Channel Sales team, you’ll play a huge role in helping our partners understand the value of Dropbox Business and HelloSign. It’ll be your mission to coach and help our growing community of parters, by working closely with them in customer opportunities, showing the value of Dropbox and addressing technical challenges. You’ll play a key role in mentoring the partners how to accurately deliver projects with customers and help them become autonomous.

This is a senior position within the Solution Architect team. The ideal candidate will have phenomenal understanding of technical foundations related to the Dropbox solution but not to an expert-level.


  • Know every detail of Dropbox Business and HelloSign (including our third-party integrations), and understand how technical solutions are led and secured
  • Support the Channel Sales team with technical product knowledge and objection handling in customer meetings.
  • You will be a trusted and knowledgeable technical specialist for our partners
  • Ensure Technical Readiness of the Technical Engineers of Channel Partners to deliver high quality T1 support and service.
  • Work with PMM and Channel Marketing to build materials at scale
  • Lead and run complex projects with our Channel partners
  • Act as a Dropbox speaker at Dropbox partner events.
  • Represent Dropbox and communicate with Dropbox Partners
  • Help build trainings and onboarding materials to support the Dropbox partner program.
  • Collaborate on cross-team technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve reseller and customer issues. Collaborate with CX, EPD team, PAM and critical issue resources when appropriate.


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience.
  • You have outstanding interpersonal skills with everyone from end users to executives.
  • Understanding of computing systems and principles, particularly around the delivery of hosted services.
  • You have a passion about learning in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment
  • Preferred experience working with sales teams in cloud computing or related technical fields
  • Ability to work with end users in a consulting, services or support capability.
  • Fluency in French or German would be a nice to have
  • Travel as required
