Team Description

The HRIS team sits within ITS at Dropbox, and supports all HR Technology across Dropbox including but not limited to Workday, Greenhouse, Reflektiv, RedCat etc. The team works closely with our business stakeholders from requirements gathering through post production on implementing new features and functionality for existing technology and from the RFP process through implementation for new technology. 

Role Description 

We’re looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join the HRITS group within ITS. In this role you will work with the team on process documentation and application design/review. Interns will be provided with mentorship and feedback throughout their internship and may be considered for a full-time offer upon graduation pending business need and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in business requirements gathering, and understanding process design
  • Update and maintain documentation across various platforms
  • Assist PM and Business Analysts with creating documentation around existing and new initiatives
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Current Juniors pursuing their BS/BA. 
  • General Business degree with previous experience or coursework focused on procurement, operations, supply chain, or human resources
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Passion for technology and Dropbox!
  • A plus if you have general human resources/business knowledge and proficiency in Excel related data analytics.
