We are looking for a Sales Program Manager to develop a scalable lead generation strategy with industry-targeted campaigns.


  • Develop EMEA lead-generation marketing campaigns, integrating events and content into demand gen plans
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Development and Product Marketing to build and manage effective campaigns and promotions to support pipeline goals
  • Communicate and implement learnings and content market insights gained through campaigns across the company
  • Manage relationship with vendors, marketing partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to set-up channels (search optimized, social media, CPL programs in region, email)
  • Work closely with sales to track feedback of opportunities generated and optimize workflow


  • 8+ years of experience leading extended virtual teams for successful B2B demand generation campaigns
  • Self starter, with a passion for building
  • Experience delivering tangible pipeline and lead results for demand generation campaigns
  • Experience executing successfully all types of campaign activities (events, email, webinar, etc)
  • Experience with marketing automation and lead management systems.
  • Experience creating campaigns targeting industry verticals (media, technology, etc)
  • Experience working closely with product marketing, PR, design, sales, and legal teams
  • Strong analytical background
  • Eligibility to work in the E.U.
  • Knowledge of additional European languages a plus
