Our online revenue operations (OReO) team makes sure our users get the most value out of Dropbox. We're responsible for onboarding, educating, serving, and renewing our customers.

As a member of OReO's Engagement & Monetization team, you'll be responsible for developing delightful programs that drive user engagement and retention at scale. The Customer Engagement Manager will build out this effort using a customer-centric approach while working closely with other Online Revenue Operations teams, international counterparts, Marketing and Product. The ideal candidate has had experience building scalable customer programs using online and digital channels (e.g. email campaigns, in-product initiatives, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a scaled customer engagement strategy that predictably drives user engagement, retention, and revenue
  • Create scalable customer engagement programs using online and digital channels (e.g. email campaigns, web properties, in-product initiatives, etc.)
  • Own end-to-end creation and deployment of global email campaigns (including copy, design, test/optimization, etc.) that engage millions of our users
  • Analyze campaigns and optimize for maximize impact
  • Think creatively about how to delight and engage our customers
  • Work with cross-functional partners to build our knowledge base and champion best practices

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of customer marketing experience
  • You have hands-on experience using email marketing automation tools
  • You have successfully built, grown, and optimized customer engagement programs in a fast-paced B2C or B2B company
  • You have solved complex analytical problems using quantitative approaches
  • You have exceptional communication skills that allow you to interact effectively with both customers and cross-functional partners
