Our online revenue operations (OReO) team makes sure our users get the most value out of Dropbox. We're responsible for onboarding, educating, serving, and renewing our customers.

As a member of OReO's Engagement & Monetization team, you'll be responsible for developing delightful programs that drive user engagement and retention. The Email Engagement Manager will build out this effort using a customer-centric approach while working closely with other Online Revenue Operations teams, international counterparts, Marketing and Product.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own an email strategy that successfully drives customer engagement and improves retention rates
  • Own end-to-end creation of global email campaigns (including copy, design, test/optimization, etc.) that predictably drive user behavior and revenue
  • Analyze key metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting business goals
  • Think creatively about how to delight and engage our customers
  • Work with cross-functional partners to build our knowledge base and champion best practices

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of online marketing experience with at least 3 years prior email marketing expertise
  • You've successfully built, grown, and optimized email marketing programs in a fast-paced B2C or B2B company
  • You have a deep, hands-on understanding of how to use marketing automation tools
  • You have mastered HTML & CSS
  • You focus on quality and simplicity, sweat the details, and delight our users
  • You have a desire to generate beautiful communications that drive action
  • You have a strong understanding of usability and visual design
  • You’ve solved complex analytical problems using quantitative approaches
  • You have exceptional communication skills that allow you to interact effectively with both customers and cross-functional partners
