Our online revenue operations (OReO) team makes sure our users get the most value out of Dropbox. We're responsible for onboarding, educating, serving, and renewing our customers.
As a member of OReO's Engagement & Monetization team, you'll be responsible for developing delightful programs that drive user engagement and retention at scale. The Customer Engagement Manager will build out this effort using a customer-centric approach while working closely with other Online Revenue Operations teams, international counterparts, Marketing and Product. The ideal candidate has had experience building scalable customer programs using online and digital channels (e.g. email campaigns, in-product initiatives, etc.).
