At Dropbox, diversity of style, thought, opinion and background make us more powerful than the sum of our parts.
That’s why we support an array of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace that make sure Dropboxers have an opportunity to be heard, valued and engaged.
