Contacting your account team
We offer three different ways to contact your account team:
Submit an email request
- Click the Email us button to fill out a request form.
- We'll get back to you as soon as possible!
Chat with a support agent
- Click the Chat with us button.
- Chat support is available for all Dropbox Business teams. Please check the Help tab for supported languages and business hours.
- If there are no agents available, the button will be grey and read Chat now closed.
- Call the number listed to speak with our support team.
- If no one answers, please leave us a message and we'll call you back as soon as possible.
