Contacting your account team

Business accounts can access priority support from the Help tab of the Admin Console:

  1. Log in to your Admin account.
  2. In the Admin Console, go to the Help tab.

We offer three different ways to contact your account team:

Submit an email request

  • Click the Email us button to fill out a request form.
  • We'll get back to you as soon as possible!

Chat with a support agent

  • Click the Chat with us button.
  • Chat support is available for all Dropbox Business teams. Please check the Help tab for supported languages and business hours.
  • If there are no agents available, the button will be grey and read Chat now closed.

Call us

  • Call the number listed to speak with our support team.
  • If no one answers, please leave us a message and we'll call you back as soon as possible.
  • Please check the Help tab for our current business hours and local phone numbers.
