Cancel or change your Dropbox Plus or Professional subscription

Cancel your Plus or Professional subscription

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com with the Dropbox account you want to cancel.
  2. Click your avatar.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Navigate to the Plan page.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel plan.

Note: If you downgrade to a Basic plan, you finish out any remaining time on your current subscription before the account actually downgrades.

Switch from an annual to a monthly subscription

You can either wait for your annual subscription to end and change the billing period upon renewal, or schedule the change. Please note that while you can schedule this switch at any time, the change won't take effect until the end of the current yearly subscription.

  1. Sign-in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click your avatar.
  3. Click Settings
  4. Click Account
  5. Click the button to change to annual billing. 

You begin your new annual subscription at your next renewal date, and you're charged annually going forward.
