Dropbox team Dashboard overview

The Dropbox team insights dashboard provides key insights into your team’s activities as well as shortcuts to important and common admin actions. To see it:

1. Log in to dropbox.com using your admin credentials.
2. Click Admin console in the left sidebar.
3. Click Dashboard in the sidebar.
    

From the Dashboard you can:

• To do: See any pending invites or action items needed for your account. 
• Team: Manage who is on your team, invite and approve people to your team.
• Security: See your team security statuses. 
• Licenses: View how many licenses are in use and add licenses as needed. 
• Billing: See your Dropbox Plan, next charge amount and billing date. 
• Plan Usage:  View usage data over time, and find out just how much the team is using Dropbox. Usage data includes:
  •  Content and shared folders from pending and joined members
  • Content and shared folder from deleted members with data that can be transferred
  • Active and archived team folders

Team admins of Advanced and Enterprise teams will also see the option to:

• View external sharing to create a report of all team files, folders, and links shared externally. Learn more about the report and the dedicated external sharing page in the admin console.
