Change payment information for Dropbox subscriptions

You can change the payment method for your Dropbox Plus and Dropbox Business accounts.

For Dropbox Plus and Dropbox Business, you can pay using PayPal and credit card. If your Dropbox Business team is located outside of the US or is larger than 15 licenses, you can pay by bank wire.

Dropbox Plus accounts

To change your payment method:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click the avatar at the top of any page.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click the Profile tab.
  5. Click Change under Payment method.
  6. Select your new payment method and enter the requested information.

Dropbox Business accounts

Dropbox Business team admins can change the payment method for their team:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin account.
  2. Click Admin Console.
  3. Select the Billing tab.
  4. Click Payment method.
  5. Choose Update.
  6. Select your new payment method and enter the requested information.
  7. Click Save settings.

Note: Dropbox Business accounts can have any number of team admins, each able to update and change billing information. However, team admins can't see the billing information of other admins. All sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, are left blank for any user other than the one who entered the information in the first place.
