This article is about Dropbox Plus and Professional billing information. If you're a Dropbox Business admin, learn how to change billing information on a Business account.
You can change payment method, your name, postal code, and, in some cases, billing country. We do not require a physical address to process a payment, so this information can't be changed.
- Sign in to dropbox.com.
- Click your avatar.
- Click Settings.
- Click Billing.
- Under Payment Method, click Update.
Note: If your payment method is Mobile, you won't be able to change it using the instructions above. Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to manage your subscription.
I still can't find my billing information.
If you still can't locate your billing information, check the following:
- Are you a Dropbox Business user? Only an admin can update billing information.
- Do you have multiple Dropbox accounts? You may have signed in to a free Dropbox account that you didn't realize you had. Learn how to confirm the email address associated with a Dropbox account.
Why can't I change my billing country on a current subscription?

When you purchase a subscription through the Dropbox app on iPhone and iPad, it's connected to your Apple ID. To change your Dropbox Plus billing information for these subscriptions, you'll need to update the billing information associated with your Apple ID.
