Create a Dropbox Paper doc

Collaborate in real-time with Dropbox Paper. To create a Paper doc:

  1. Sign in to Paper.
  2. Click Create new doc.

Create a doc from inside a doc

From any doc, click the + (plus) icon. Alternatively, you can use the shortcut ⌘+Opt+n (Command, Option, n) for Mac or Ctrl+Alt+n (Control, Alt, n) on Windows.

Copy to Paper

You can also create a Paper doc by copying a .docx file saved in your Dropbox account.

When previewing a .docx file on dropbox.com, click Copy to Paper in the top right corner.
