Role Description

The Self-Serve Assist team at Dropbox is responsible for growing Dropbox Business sales with small and medium businesses worldwide. We have a large sales team that operates with outsourced partners and are looking for a global Vendor Strategist to support us in these efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing on our vendor strategy, from selecting the right partners to making sure we have strong relationships and operations in place at scale. You’ll also work closely with vendors across North America, Europe and Australia, as well as internal stakeholders across multiple teams at Dropbox.


  • Help our team establish and run a world-class outsourced sales organization
  • Define and implement long-term, multi-vendor strategies 
  • Own the contracting, budgeting and billing processes end-to-end
  • Benchmark our current operations against industry best practices
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership at Dropbox and at our vendors
  • Facilitate a strong culture and alignment with our values at vendors


  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a partner-facing strategy or operations role, including 4+ years of experience in vendor management
  • Experience managing vendor contracts and negotiation at enterprise scale
  • Excellent understanding of the outsourcing industry and best practices
  • Strong skills in building and managing internal and external relationships
  • Ability to work independently and creatively
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging and exciting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
