Team Description

Our Sales & Channel team shares Dropbox Business with enterprises around the world and helps them understand the power Dropbox offers to teams at scale. We’re a collaborative and empathetic sales team, focused on understanding what businesses need to work better together.

Role Description

This is a high-impact role within a priority market and we are looking to hire a smart, driven, high-caliber individual who is passionate about tech and works best in a fast-paced environment. If this sounds like you, then we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand key European markets, with the ability to accurately forecast and quantify market opportunities in the region.
  • Take a highly analytical approach to business development in these markets, in partnership with Sales Operations, Data Analytics and Marketing.
  • Define a data driven approach to developing and executing on a business strategic plan for territories that Dropbox is just starting to expand into. Grow Core Enterprise customers and prospects in the region.
  • Lead and grow a team of Core Enterprise Account Executives in all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon financial targets and performance metrics
  • Develop and implement standard methodologies to improve pipeline creation, customer conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support the team with C-level interactions and in closing complex deals
  • Strong thought leadership within global sales and marketing and also into the EMEA leadership team
  • Foster a culture of progressive personal development and mentoring Dropbox’s future sales leaders

Requirements

  • Strong sales experience in a technology environment.
  • Lead experience preferable such as running/leading a sales or sales development team.
  • Proven ability to sell into the European markets and successfully build brand awareness and close deals.
  • Consistent track record of success selling enterprise software in a highly competitive environment
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously improve effectiveness, recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes
  • Strong knowledge of CRM reporting and dashboards, and highly focused on numbers and process
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing and other functions
  • Ability to identify, develop, grow talent
