Role Description

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join our team to grow and engage our customer base through thoughtful and effective in-product campaigns. In this role you’ll be responsible for building and optimizing a portfolio of campaigns in one or several of our lines of business. You’ll create and run campaigns that will reach millions of users every month!
You’ll also be able to make a big impact on how our users adopt our products, ultimately impacting the growth of Dropbox overall. This role will require cross-functional partnership across growth, data science, revenue analytics, marketing, engineering and other internal teams. You’ll join a recently formed team here at Dropbox, with the expectation that you’ll help shape the future of our team and how we successfully engage with our users and customers.


  • You will perform analytical deep-dives to analyze problems and opportunities by researching and understanding user behavior, identifying hypotheses and designing & executing experiments
  • You will design A/B experiments with hypotheses based on data, to identify new audience opportunities
  • You will monitor and optimize ongoing campaign performances
  • You will own the health of audience segments within our database
  • You will influence cross-functional partners and advocate for resourcing and alignment on behalf of the team


  • 4+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle marketing, performance marketing or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
  • Experience in optimizing and developing content
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging and exciting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in SQL is preferred
  • Core understanding of subscription products and self-service sales is preferred
