Our online revenue operations team makes sure our users get the most value out of Dropbox. We're responsible for onboarding, educating, serving, and renewing our customers.

As the specialist in scaling our user-facing efforts to our millions of users, you'll own creating innovative strategies and testing experiments that will help us provide the best engagement and support for our users across the globe. Your job will be highly analytical and rather technical, and you’ll get lots done at great scale.

Responsibilities

  • Help drive revenue by owning a metric (e.g., renewals) and working with business partners to improve it
  • Drive fundamental analysis of user behavior leading to new insights of how we can help customers get more value out of Dropbox
  • Set up and monitor experiments to educate and engage users via email and high touch
  • Own weekly reporting on the programs you're responsible for
  • Ensure analytical rigor in business decisions we make

Requirements

  • You’ve solved complex analytical problems using quantitative approaches
  • You have a background in applying statistical methods to solving business problems
  • You've built tools or led efforts to build tools that radically improved existing processes
  • You are experienced with SQL and have scripting skills
  • You constantly strive for peak efficiency and work “smart”
  • Your great communication skills allow you to interact effectively with various teams inside Dropbox
  • You have a BA or BS degree and your academic record is outstanding
  • You have at least 4 years of work experience
