Business admins: How to change your privacy settings in Paper

Note: You can only change your default privacy settings for Paper if you’re the team admin of a Dropbox Business account. 

To change your team's default privacy settings for your Paper docs:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com using your admin account.
  2. Click Admin console.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click Paper.
  5. Next to Default Paper doc privacy, choose:
    • Anyone if you want anyone to have access to your docs with a link, or 
    • Team only if you only want your team to have access to your docs, even if you share a link
  6. Click Save.

To change permissions for individual files or folders, click Invite and then Settings in your doc, or Share and then Change in a folder.
