How to cancel a free trial for Dropbox Pro or Business

Important: you must cancel your Dropbox free trial exactly the same way that you signed up for it. For example, if you signed up from the Apple app store, you must cancel it from the Apple app store too.

How to cancel a free trial from the Apple App Store

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, tap Settings.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap iTunes & App Store. 
  4. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. 
  5. Tap Subscriptions (about midway through the screen).
  6. Tap Dropbox.
  7. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  8. Tap Confirm.
  9. Restart the Dropbox app on your iOS device.

How to cancel a free trial from Google Play

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store. 
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu and then Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Restart the Dropbox app on your Android device.

How to cancel a free trial from the Dropbox app

  1. In your Dropbox app, tap Account.
  2. Tap Change or Cancel Plan.
  3. Tap Manage your subscriptions.
  4. Open the iTunes Store.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  6. Tap Confirm.
  7. Start the Dropbox app on your iOS device.

You may need to restart the Dropbox app to see these changes take effect.
