Dropbox for All
Dropbox for all is our commitment to design an enlightened way of working that everyone can use. Inclusion is at the heart of this mission, broadening the possibilities of who can work together, how they can contribute and what it means to be part of a team. That means valuing and including the experience of people with varying functional abilities, using a range of assistive technologies, and in different circumstances.
Our aim is to craft delightful products that help everyone unleash their full potential. We partner with a third-party accessibility testing service to ensure we deliver on this commitment, measuring against a set of standards set by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Information on how we meet European Accessibility Act requirements
We refer to Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the national laws of EU member states which implement it as the European Accessibility Act. The European Accessibility Act requires providers of an “e-commerce service” to publish information on how the service meets accessibility requirements under those laws.
This accessibility statement regarding how we meet European Accessibility Act requirements applies to consumers in the European Union and our ‘e-commerce service’ (which we will call Our Sales Service).
Overview of Our Sales Service
Our Sales Service includes the parts of our website and our mobile apps used to purchase or subscribe to any of our billed plans intended for consumers. A ‘consumer’ is any individual acting outside of their trade, business, craft or profession.

- providing support services on the accessibility of the service and its compatibility with assistive technologies, in accessible modes of communication

We have chosen WCAG 2.2, Level AA standard as our accessibility target. We have tested our websites and apps against this standard. For more information on our compliance with this standard and the European Accessibility Act’s accessibility requirements, please see our VPATs listed above.
Our support teams can also provide you with information on the accessibility of Our Sales Service and its compatibility with assistive technologies by email at dropboxforall@dropbox.com or by chat (for paying users).
How we monitor our ongoing compliance with European Accessibility Act requirements
We and our third-party testers regularly conduct testing and accessibility audits to ensure our adherence to the WCAG 2.2, Level AA standard. For these tests and assessments, we use a combination of static analysis tools and manual testing with assistive technologies.
